    Natural Not Bought WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes but are not limited to lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

    USPS is responsible for the package once it leaves our facility and is in their hands. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted "in-transit" or "delivered" we recommend contacting your local post office.

    If you need your item by a certain day, email us FIRST, to make sure we are able to meet that deadline.

    Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.

     

  • Refunds

    Due to COVID 19 unfortunately there will be a hold on all returns. Items are made to order. I understand without seeing a product in person may make it difficult to choose a product. But, for the health and safety of our customers, all sales are final.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon delivery. If a defective item was received, the item can be replaced for the same product, in the same size and color, after a clear picture showing the defect has been provided to us.

    Defective items are only replaced within the first 48 hours of delivery. 

    If you received a damaged or incorrect product, in our error, you have 48 hours to please email us at NaturalNotBought.com to inform us about the issue. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company. Please include your order number,  name,  and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color, and size. Please attach a picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or the wrong item.
