Refund policy

Many items are made to order. I understand that choosing the best product for you may be difficult without seeing the product in person, but for the health and safety of our customers, all items purchased are final sale. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. We thank you for understanding this policy.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If a defective item was received, the item can be replaced for the same product, in the same size and color, after a clear picture showing the defect has been provided to us. Defective items are only replaced within the first 72 hours of delivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product in our error, you have 72 hours to please email us at NaturalNotBought.com to inform us about the issue. We will fix any mistakes we make on behalf of the company. Please include your order number, name, and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color, and size. Please attach a picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or the wrong item
